No whining.  No excuses.  Just results.


Looking to get in shape FAST?  Think my regular classes are too easy?  Well, you won’t be saying that about Boot Camp.


In this class, we will be relying on intense bodyweight exercises, effective pieces of equipment like kettlebells, and sprints… YES, you have to run!


I’m a nice guy, but I won’t be taking it easy in this class.  Why?  Because I know that you can achieve anything you put your mind to.  A little hard work and dedication goes a long way.  I want to push you to be the best version of yourself that you can possible be.


You will be sore after your first class — after all of them, actually — but you will also be able to feel yourself getting stronger and more durable by even the second and third sessions.  And while this class will be challenging for even the elite athlete, all fitness and skill levels are welcome.


The only requirement is that you work hard — and I mean HARD.


Bring some water and a towel.  You’re going to need it.  But I promise you… If you stick to it, this class can change your life.
